| FMIF is still listed on Guetta's site as being on the same date as Ferry's party. The Crobar flyers do not list Guetta though... |

David Guetta's Ibiza-born (but fabulously French) house party, F*** Me I'm Famous roadshow hit Miami for the very first time last WMC. But new kid or not, F*** Me I'm Famous pipped the likes of the traditional Tenaglia, Subliminal, and Deep Dish parties to win the most votes and a House Music Award for Standout Event at WMC, where David also won DJ of the Year last November. Thursday March 23rd coming, the Guetta's fabulousness will hit Miami Beach again. Sauna-hot Swedish property Steve Angello and Seb Ingrosso join David and his fellow Frenchman, Bob Sinclar, with a special live performance to be announced.
Fittingly, Angello will be releasing his latest record, Teasing Mr. Charlie digitally on FMIF Records (available from the iTunes music store) in tandem with his own vinyl issue on his label, Size Recordings. The debut event at the annual Winter Music Conference took place at Mansion too, a stunning galleried club on the stylish South Beach strip, with Bob Sinclar and Martin Solveig spinning with Guetta and the Stuart Price-produced Juliet live.
It was the night that launched Love Generation for Sinclar, set up Solveig's Rockin' Music, and where the international attention truly turned to David -- a DJ for nearly two decades in France but a relative newcomer on the global stage. 2005 was certainly an amazing year for Guetta, whose status as the next "superstar DJ" was confirmed and his exceptional production skills were credited with a Grammy nomination.
FMIF will be hitting Paris, London, Ibiza, Moscow & Milan this season... and it all kicks off at Conference.
