have you ever had your order lost in the mail?

i've been ordering with juno for a while now and i've never had a problem with them. i usually get my records in about a week. but its been almost 2 weeks now and i havent recieved TWO ORDERS. i've emailed them and they told me if i dont recieve my order within 28 days from the time it was shipped, they will file a loss claim and work something out to replace my order. my question to you TA's is...have you ever had your order lost in the mail? and if so, did it work out. i'm kinda bummed i have to wait 28 days cus there is no way in hell im gonna place another order with them until i get those records shipped to me

i had an order from dc-dvd once...
it didnt come within the month so i emailed them about it and they sent another out straight away.
i had it within a week.
...hopefully juno are just as helpful :) |

| I buy the majority of my stuff from Juno and all of it has arrived next day or the day after. It doesn't sound like them at all and everyone I've spoken to seems very happy with their service. I can only assume the problem is with the mailing company. |

| in four years i have only lost one package from some creep in germany who burned me for 90 bucks. but other than that everything eventually gets here, although i have had some that took over 4 months |

I actually ordered the Thudercats DVD ( I know not records) for my little sister for Christmas this year from Amazon.com Some how it ended up in Ohio instead of Indiana where it was supposed to go. They let me know since they couldn't deliver one time they where shippin it back to Amazon and I ws out of luck...so of course I was like that. I wrote them a long letter and told them I had to get the DVD. We'll while this was going on the DVD was still floatin around the US. So Amazon actually wrote me back aplogized and refunded me my money, at first I was pissed cause I was like no I want the DVD its a gift we'll just as I was about write back and bitch, the little one called and told me Thudercats DVD was on her doorstep. :D :D She got the DVD and I got the money, now that's a good deal!!!

| well, ive ordered two games from amazon.com about 1 week ago, and have still to recieve them. ive also bought my ULTRA Festival Ticket in miami which cost me 80$, and ive still to recieve that. i bought that about 3-4 weeks ago at least. |

| while were bitching about mail. I ordered a pre-paid phone card from amazon. It took one and half weeks and it arrived in a 1x2x2 foot box. :wtf: Its the size of a credit card how about sticking a stamp on an envelope and it gets to me in 3 days? Shipping was free so its not like i care but for gods sake can you be any more wasteful? |
