True it's all in dutch (surprising for once), but it's easy to understand!
In "Tickets/Verkrijbarr bij", you get the list of all the outlets selling the tickets. Note that it'll probably cost you more than 37 euros, because there are additional fees. I bought my ticket for about 40.25 from a FreeRecordShop store in Amsterdam earlier this month.
There you'll get an English version, and they'll ship your ticket to the UK.
As far as transportation is concerned, I fear you're bit late for cheap deals...The cheapest way to get there is by the London - Eindhoven Ryanair flight (I paid about £45 return a month ago). Then you can take the train from Eindhoven to Utrecht, it's only an hour away, even less.
The Jaarbeurs is right opposite the train station in Utrecht, impossible to miss!

| Just checked fares up on Ryanair's website, and it currently prices at about £73 return, which is not too bad considering it's less than 2 weeks away! |
