nothing better IMHO...
I like to race myself (though lack of a thick wallet often limits it)... I've raced at Summit Point, VIR, Watkins, Road America, and Beaverun. Should be hitting New Hampshire this summer. And, in my dream world, I'll get to take a few laps of the Nurburgring :D |

Nobody has mentioned it, and I know it can't compete w/ the FXX, etc.
But, the Koenigsegg is prob my favorite euro supercar...

I remember seeing the CCR on Top Gear I think. That guy was having a hell of a good time in that beast. Definitely a real man's car. :toothless |

I can not beleive i forgot this beauty...and it is AMERICAN...lol
Saleen S7 is sick...and can beat most of the cars we have mentioned..apart from the FXX & Veyron ... but not too far behind.
It has a V8, Twin-Turbo pushing 750bhp
only 700 made though

i dont know about junk...lol...but 430 is def better...but i meant that car looked a lot like the 360...like they stole a few designs. |

true, and on the other note the s7 is a dream on the track, in the city streets i would prefer the carrera gt..... i have not driven the enzo on nyc streets yet, only on the track, but the car does not handle stop and go very well, but once going it is very nice and the gear box is pretty awesome, much better than the lamborghini e-gear, on the other note about the s7, that cars pulls so hard in the straight aways it will make you sick by the 4th or 5th lap :eyes: |

That reminds me of an article i read once in the Robb Report about some guy who mcollected Feraris and had jus gotten the Enzo...and him and the interviewer took the Enzo out onto mthe highway in upstate NY where the roads are open and they opened the Enzo up. The interviewer wrote that they were going something like 170mph and then exclaimed WITH ANOTHER GEAR TO GO...lol...the way he wrote it was funny.
That must be sick...to be going that fast and know u have another gear that will pull...SICK.
My friend has a 1980s mustang that he worked...the only kit and kaboodle...the thing is tubbed out, lightweight frame, everything....it is purely for 1/4 mile racing and not street legal....anyway if he puts in the passenger seat and u go for a ride down his street with him , he stops at the end and says hold on...then launches the friggen car...i swear i could not breathe and i got a head rush when he slapped those gears major Gs....i think it runs low 8s or some . Scarey . |
