How is this Delay Sound Done?

Smith & Pledger-Believe Delay Effect
I was wondering wut Notes or chords or scales, are on the 2 delay Leads in the track. I also wonder how much delay for example Tempo Sync(X5), Feedback(40%), and Delay Time(1/16). If you can help that would be great.

| sounds like a pretty basic delay. though I think the timeing is more like 3/6 it has a 3 feel to it I think. |

It's hard to tell what delay it is.
I usually use a 1/4 delay on the left channel and a 1/3 (?) delay on the right channel. (I hope that's right. In Reason they're just numbers: 4 and 3)
It gives a nice stereo effect. |

| 1/4d + 1/8d, i'm prety much sure of it. Sounds like it isn't a full mix-in either. Long feedback but low mix. Just try stuff out i'd say. |
