Hey,
Right im wanting to record from my jp? whats the best way to go about it? i mean like record the 1 patch then pan it left and clone it and pan it right? or just record it as it is and leave it in the mix?
This has be bugging me for a while now

I would record loops without effects on it. Just sample/record the dry loops and put them as wav files into your sequencer. |

Does the patch have stereo effects that you want to keep? If not you could just record mono and double it up panning one to the right and the other to the left. I dont think it make a differance. |

Or you could leave panning till the end, as I usually do. Imo, the mix needs to sound clear in mono also. |
