in my 3 years kitchen experience, this is the first time i hear that you have to cook a chicken with a can?! well maybe to keep the shape. havent seen anybody doing it before though...

i thinks its for home cooking only though. you wouldnt want to be opening 400 cans for 400 chicken for a function....

i work in a luxury 5* hotel in dublin, ireland.

my busiest day was on stephens day, we did 450 for a function and 60 in the restaurant.
