i think ur boss sucks ....he knew for quite a long time im sure that he was going to sell and just to tell it to u like 5 days before he sells ....im not sure it's very legal u should check the laws maybe u can as previously said to paid more !im sorry about that though but yeah i hope u gonna get the bank job !

| Lol, in Belgium you need to report this at least a month in advance. Talk to someone who knows the law, I'm pretty sure you can get extra money because of his error. |

Yes you're right. He was being rude and dishonest, but while doing this he made a serieus error. Because an employee has a legal period of time that he has to keep working. For example if your boss fires you, you can keep working for 2-3 more weeks (this depends from country to country). Since he's not getting this, I'm pretty sure his boss needs to pay a fine. |

employment laws vary state to state, but generally employers have the right to lay you off/fire you with absolutley no notice. in fact large corporations will call you into HR, give you a pink slip, security will escort you to your cubicle to pack your things, and you will be shown the door. sounds cold but thats how its done. |
