I'm thinking of attending Full Sail college for recording arts after I graduate from high school. I wanna be a producer. I was just wondering if any of you have been on or seen the campus?

Hope to see you guys in the future.

I've heard of full sail, but I have never been there. If you want you can ask them personally. They have a live chat feature during the daytime right here:

If you do become a FLTA I welcome you....with a handshake.

Nope. Orlando.
Ask all types of questions.
Noel Sanger was teaching at Full Sail like 2 years ago! :eyes:
Maybe you should pm him and ask his opinion.

Im a current student @ Fullsail in Winter Park.. I decided to QUIT..for many reasons. One is paying 42,000$ its not really worth it. I Got through 6 months of classes. Its very intensive and hard work.. But hey Music is Passion.. GO FOR IT !! Its a pretty nice school.. has everything you will ever need. From the Icon to the SSL.. I wish the best of luck..

From what I've heard though, as far as a career in music goes, studios look upon Full Sail "degrees" highly. Plus the networking there is something to consider.

True.. If you graduated from FullSail..more prob you already got a job.but who knows... FullSail was nominated one of the best Production Schools In the Country.
Press Release Wire
" Winter Park, FL (PRWEB) August 3, 2005 -– The August 11 issue of Rolling Stone Magazine honored FullSail as one of the five “Best Music Programs” in the country. This recognition as a top music college, places Full Sail’s music program alongside legendary and prestigious institutions such as The Julliard School and Berklee College of Music. Previously, Full Sail was honored as one of the top five Game Design schools in the world by Electronic Gaming Monthly, as well as one of the best three New Media schools by Shift Magazine – alongside New York University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology"

I've heard they have really weird class times, too. Is that true? Also, is it more of a snobby art school or is it more laid back?

I don't think you want my thoughts on full sail :p, way over priced and over hyped. But I'm not going to argue here, good luck man!
