Im the exact same way. I lift almost everyday, but I find it hard to maintain my cardio schedule, especially inwinter... |

| I run between 5-8km every morning 'cept when I can't find one of my shoes and then swim (about 2km) every afternoon. The two together keep me fit and relieve stress/nervous energy. I like running before the sun is up because it seems like I'm the only person awake and I can kind of get lost in my own little dream world. |

| You could do elliptical or one of those superbike classes they have now at most gyms. Serious cardio workout in a pretty short time but the classes will kick your ass! |

i ran track n field for 3 years.
400m - 56sec
800m - 2min 9sec
1600(mile) - 5.01min
3200(two mile) - 11.29min
if i kept up, i probably would have gotten a scholarship in the sport, but i moved to florida, the track team at my new school sucked, i quit, and got into other things. |

I do that too. I love jogging in early summer mornings when the air is cold and humid, you can still hear toads chirping in the background, and the sun is rising in front of you. :) |

that's the part about morning jogging that appeals to me. but when i wake up, it's a struggle for me to get going in the morning. i'd have to get up at like 6 a.m. to do this:wtf:
when i was doing weight training like 4 nights a week, i went around dinner time (any time between 6-8). i would always get my 2nd wind around that time. the only problem is that i started having that restless leg thing at night after i'd do a good leg workout and i was like wide awake at night. the later i worked out, the more trouble i'd have sleeping.
working out gave me tons of energy i loved it. i can't wait to move so i can find a gym to join and get back into it. |

| I run about 10k every morning before school, then another 3-4k at night. I run every marathon I can find too |

I HATE it right now and ill prolly keep hating it for the rest of my life heh...i just cant run more than 2k and there is nothing i can do about it. I start runing out of air and feel like im gonna puke.
I dont remember a time in my life where i could run for like more then 15 mins strait even when i was on the school b-ball team. |

yea same here. sometimes i even wondered if i have some kind of heart condition because no matter how good a shape i was in, i still had these horrible side effects from running. the tips of my ears would start to hurt really bad, i'd get nausiated and felt like puking and my vision got blurry and i could never control my breathing either.
even in high school when i was on the soccer & tennis team, i was in the best shape ever...we had a marine drill instructor as our coach (i was living on a military base) so he ran our asses until we almost died. i never got used to it during the whole season. |

Yeah we share the same symptoms…at high school I was always having issues with the sports teacher. I was great in doing anything except running, I could sprint quite good but for long distances I would just be useless.
As our final sport exam we had to run 3k, I told him I couldn’t do it but he said I would fail his class if I wouldn’t finish the run. So I did like 5 laps which was I think like 2k's and I couldn’t keep going… I started feeling real dizzy and my vision became blurry I think I was about to faint or something lol. so I just laid down and didn’t move for like 15mins till I got better…
My dad insisted on getting me checked so we went to the cardiologist and after several check-ups he said im all good…hearth wise at least. |
