No more napster

| You guys, now that there is no more napster, we all need to move to one Mp3 search program, like Eye Mesh, Cute MX or something of that nature. It's going to be impossible to find good trance if there are going to be a whole bunch of programs out there that are like napster, so we all should move to ONE program to share on. I suggest EyeMesh because it also allows music video searches...Any other ideas? I'll make another forum if we all decide on one program, so we can all list our new Aliases for the program we choose! |

First off: napster is NOT gone...I just D/Ld a few songs
Second: Damint, what is wrong with everyone...Napster and clones are NOT the only way to get mp3s - IRC, FTP, i mean really, napster is cool, but its NOT the only way...start reasearching and learn IRC and such

| Hey sky, i havent been on much cause my ass is hella grounded from the comp because i got bad grades in most of my classes, but i'll be back and i'll be serving live sets in my room from my turntables soon. Also, DJ BeePH, i know pretty much every way to get mp3's off the net, but its napster is an ideal program that lets you not have to go onto ftp searches, find bad results, and go on mirc and get slow connections. Fserves suck for mp3! i go on mIRC all the time (but not much anymore) but sykbreak i'll be back soon! ttyl |

Yeah, i'm downloading some stuff now...
anyway, i heard that there are like 250 napster servers out there, and 80 or so are run by napster, the rest are run by other people (whoever they are?) so with napigator you can still log onto the extra servers while the napster ones are down... ???

| I'll have to agree with StormJunkie, Audiognome is really good. Access to over 12 MILLION songs, unlimited search results (unlike Napster's 100 song limit). Don't get me wrong, I love my Napster but IF it goes I'd have to say Audio Gnome would be my next alternative :) |

Your absolutely righ Tekno..
Well one thing i could say is the audiognome kicks Napster and a BUNCH of other programs ass...I logged on to 50 servers with 13.8 million files a few days ago..Napster program always sucked(for me). |

audioGnome is very good.
the search is faster than napster.
and it has a browser, good for this forum for example,while downloading.
install,connect and join!
