So i'm looking for a piece of sports equipment to buy to use at home. Really im looking for something to build arm strength and tone aswell...I'm quite interested in buying a rower but i'm not 100%
I'm looking to spend £100-150 and want something durable...
Anyone got any reccomendations?
Most gyms round here are about £45 (80 USD) a month so thats not an option. |

| getting adjustable dumbbells that go up to at least 50 pounds as well as buying the Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia to Modern Bodybuilding would be an affordable and moderately effective alternative to the gym..but nothing beats a good gym. You can do a LOT with dumbbells. |

Better thanks, no probs since june (touchwood)...in the end they thought it coulda been liver disease....wierd...

your gyms are pretty expensive over there. :eyes: so yeah i agree with sunsail.. how are ur kidneys ?? ;)
