Bubble Hash is exceptionally overpriced in Amsterdam, especially where I was living (centrum) due to all the tourists, but I was definitely still getting pwnd even for regular hash which was running around anywhere from 3 or 4 euro a gram up to 11 or 12...
Bubble Hash is a pain to make, and ultra refined, so I guess I understood occasionally paying for a gram of it because even though I knew I was getting moderately ripped off, IMO, it was still worth it... King Hassan Bubble Hash FTW! |

All the hash we get comes from Manali or Kashmir, they have been making hash there for like 3,000 years.
They dont really label it Bubble or whatever.. I've never heard that term... these first world countries have all sorts of weird names and titles for weed and hash..:conf:
We get
Malana Cream (Best Hash in the country, ultra hard to find, 35$ 10 gs)
Manali (Cream, Regular, etc) Awesome as well.. little rougher.. still VERY high quality
Kashmiri (Cream, Gold etc) I like the taste of this stuff, but people will tell you its not as "good"... I still love it though..
The three times ive gotten Malana were all awesome. One was from owner of third eye records (biggest psy label in india, he hooked me up right!), The other was from an acid head with MAD hookups, and th eother was from a guy who went up north himself and brought it down...

When I say "bubble" hash I mean hash that has been made using cold water diffusion and silk screens like the ones I showed above. The yield is low but the quality is high, and the process of making it is somewhat painstaking, but the end product is a far higher quality hash than what you'd get when you make Hash in a traditional manner...
What you're smoking is probably some of the finest quality traditional hash in the world, especially considering where you are geographically. India and many of its surrounding countries have very long rich histories (seriously, some of the history behind countries that have "hash traditions" is very intriguing) with hashish... You are a very lucky boy... ;)
And, you can find all the types of Hash you listed in the Netherlands and other countries as well, the titles for them simply refer to either the region it comes from or the process by which the hash was made. For example, when I was in Kristianna in Copenhagen (prior to the crackdown), I purchased a 30 gram "ounce" of Manali Cream that was completely different from the Manali Cream stocked by any coffeeshop I encountered in Amsterdam. I even saw Indian hash in Morocco :wtf:
If you travel back to the Netherlands or somehow end up near Wisco, I'll make sure you see some proper Bubble Hash, I'm positive you'll love it, it's unlike any other hash you've ever smoked...
And FTR, I prefer smoking Bubble Hash as opposed to eating it... |
