you just have to take 3 planes (Mtl->Lon, Lon->Bar, Bar->Ibz) to get there instead of 2 (Mtl->Lon, Lon->Ibz). And the flight schedules are a headache...
Check out easyjet for cheap direct flights from Gatwick OR Stansted. The earlier you book, the cheaper the price.

it depends on how much time you have...if you have 2 weeks, i think it's better like 4 days in Barcelona and 10 in Ibiza than only going in IBIZA. Barcelona is too cool :D |

me was at cafe del mar for sunset...but finally the sun got hidden by clouds so no sunset
at beggining : :(
after : ok so i have to come back next year :crazy: |

definitely true. I was just assuming it was an Ibiza trip only. Barcelona is definitely a good place to visit if you get the chance!
If you're there at the end of August, you should also go to Valencia for 'La Tomatina' festival. 90000 pounds of tomatoes in the city during a week. It's INSANE!

Beginning: Clouds (not going to be good)
End: Almost perfect sunset

Pretty sure it's the last week of August. I think in 2004, it was August 30th or so... I haven't been myself but I've heard the crazy stories from some close friends. |
