Its about ing time. I finished college, started working, and could finally afford to buy my only true material desire: turntables and a mixer.

Here's what i got:

Behringer VMX300
2x Gemini iCDJ

I'm so thrilled :happy2: :happy2: :happy2: :happy2: :happy2:

Right now i'm focusing on not sounding like crap, but i love throwing down sick bangin house.

Look out Scott here i come :p :p :p

And yep, my mixer showed up today, so here's my setup for right now... in progress... and with crappy phone pics!

Only a few more parts and I should be there :)

Good choice...100s and 200s are probably more precise and accurate then the 800s.

damn am i the only one who still spins vinyl??????
iWantMoreJavier
nope my friend. i too still spin vinyl! i just feel like i have more control over vinyl than cds. its even easier for me to mix on vinyl but i think it may be mental... but those are some cool cd turntables.

Dan, I expect an obligatory mix for everyone one year from this day. ;)

The 200 maybe be close to the quality of the 800s but the 100s are definitely not in the same league. The 100's bigger fault, in my eyes, are the .1% pitch increments.

Ahh yes the 200s offer the .02 @ 6% like the 1000s. The 200 is kind of weird to use. The metal jog wheel is funky to the touch (slippery) and small, and when you select the .02 pitch adjustment, it's VERY finicky.
