iPod user sues for hearing damage
A music-lover claiming to suffer from 'iPod ear' has filed suit in a US court against Apple Computer, charging that the market-leading MP3 music player damages users' hearing.

I am so sick and tired of people blaming thier lack of common freakin sense on others and then trying to make a quick buck off of it.

They should make a law that if you're too much of a moron to turn the damned volume down when you know it's blasting your ear drum out, you should be thrown onto a desserted island so that those of us who have more than half a brain can be rid of the nuisance.

i think it was the right thing for him to do to sue apple oviusly he didn't know he'd get hearing damage from the ipod or he wouldn't have bought it. apple shouldn't sell things that do or CAN hurt your hearing because hearing is very important to MOST humans and I would hope you all wouldn't support a company that is anti-human...duhhhhhhh :rolleyes:
