Standstill Moment
Maybe just because I'm listening on my headphones (roommate doesn't like it when I use the stereo -_-), but the kick seems kinda lacking in the bass department. The actual bassline has more punch.
Can't say much about Distance Within. I'm not very good at giving feedback on DnB. I like it, though. |

Never even occured to me to raise the bass on the kick. I knew it needed something so i put compressor on it, not sure if this is something widely practiced or if its hurting the sound. |

listening to the dnb track...
nice intro, great percussion and atmosphere so far. pitch edits are cool. mainsection is a bit mess... could use some more flow in the percussion. keep it up :) |
