I work out at my university gym and they usually play rock, rap, hip-hop, mainstream garbage. That's what I get for not having an IPOD.

If Im on the eliptical, anything that comes up on the mp3 player...

But most of the time lately, Ive been spending alot of time in the pool - Ive gotten some of my stamina back after 2 weeks of swimming, now I gotta step it up and swim harder.

The playlists I queue up usually consist of a lot of Opeth, Rage Against the Machine, and, more than anything else, Rammstein. I'll sprinkle in a few random tracks from all sorts of different genres, as long as they get the adrenaline pumpin, but those 3 are almost always on the tab.

Seb Fontaine - Creamfields 99...the first 3 or so tracks really get me movin and the rest of that set keeps the energy going

At any given time, I have 7 of my own mixed sets (mostly hard trance) on my mp3 player. I usually mix and add a new one every week or so I don't get too tired of them.
