I don't know if it's worth your time, apparently (according to the 1337est of the 1337 on TA) my style is so boring it puts people to sleep before the end of the set, and that's why so many people are uncapable of reviewing my demo...

hah, that's what i said... the way i interpret it is that they must really be jealous of him if they actually took the time to insult him via PM. in fact, it kind of reminds me of Mean Girls... talkin' about people who are pretty and popular just because they're jealous!
so Rob... maybe you should just change your DJ name to DJ Cady Heron. :p
as far as the mix - i dig it, i think it's well programmed and the transitions are smooth. even though i don't really get into the techier/bleepier house, i enjoy this mix because the funk really comes in in the 2nd half. |

definitely a mix that follows the trend that house has taken lately. the mixing is top notch, in particular beautiful into clean skies, what a nice combo. all the tracks seems to fit together so well, i think you pay a lot of attention into which songs will go together well. muscle car is a great sing along song. and i look like a goof playing it and singing along in my car.
great mix! can't wait for the next one. you definitely have a fan in me. keep it up! |

Awwww... thanks Marge, I really appreciate all the constructive feedback, and I'm glad I could throw some sing-a-long songs in there for you to jam out to...
New demo will be up shortly after exams, hopefully by the end of next week!

Great set.. I use it for chillin out and relaxing to be honest (not to be taken as an insult) considering I listen to Psytrance (Full On) most of the time, something like this is my 'chill out' escape. :D
Excellent set, I don't know ANY of the tunes... but loves Sidney Samson - Girls and the Muscle Cars tunes for sure.. :tongue3 |
