edit: since its for a work project..
I generally just have the first name but if i have for example 2 "Pauls" in there i will use their fullnames eg Paul Basstard |

i have people in my phone by their TA names...
its whatever you can remember them by...
and i didnt realize people actually put last names in phones.... |

For friends and family, I do that. For TAs, I just use TA names. |
