OMG great idea!
police here are experimenting with an idea for tracking fleeing vehicles.
it's got a propelled gps tracking device with a magnet on one end.
the part on the cop car has a laser on it so it can be aimed.
the device flies out and sticks to the fleeing car via the magnet and is tracked via gps!
