i took info tech support services at sheridan. mostly management for some reason. i'm done my 2 years + co-op.
where are you taking that course? is it any good? |

omg i need your help then! lol i am soooooo bad in this course (even though i only went to one class so far)
i thought it was like fixing computers and learning about hardware, software, etc. but to my horror, its all about coding and stuff!! :eek: (they gave me a totally different description of it before i signed up)
I'm taking it at bluevale collegiate in waterloo. tomorrow is my last day to drop courses (i need to drop german and switch that as well) but i dunno if i will be able to drop my tech course! if i can't, im gonna do sooo badly :( |

my course didn't have much programming.
programming does get hard.
i freak out most of the time or just not pay attention.
for what you want, try looking for a tech support class or something along those lines.
my course had a lot of management but also had tons of microsoft office and windows 2000. the rest was how to treat customers and networking. |

i don't think there's a tech support class available. all i know is that i am really gonna fail this one. my first day in the class (yesterday) i was told to make a webpage about myself and add hyperlinks and a bunch of other things. this is sooo simple for many people but i hate doing that stuff! :whip: |
