| I'd probly get your arguments from journals rather than newspapers. If you have an Athens password you can go to www.bids.ac.uk to search social science journals for the infor you want |

Basicly they've dumped it anyway.
And though I'm thinking of getting pivate insurance I recon the princible is pretty crap. The problem with the NHS is that all the specialists are away doing private work (even though the very trainning which made them specialists was paid for by the tax payer).
So by making the private sector larger then NHS will get worse. Poor lose, ritch win... again. |

thats basically what i concluded.
i mean labour seems pretty socialist, not as much as back in the day.
the tory plan expected a start of 15% people moving from nhs to private care.
the gov would pay for some of it, depending on price in relation to nhs price.
essentially the taxpayers fund wealthy people to get better private care. |
