I have a pair of CDJ-200's and one of the plates on one of the units is looser than the other. Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust this? Should i return the one that's loose? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

pull each wheel up a bit. its cos one of them is rubbing against the casing. you can pull them completely off without doing any damage i think

I had the same problem, one Cdj was smooth and the other one was hard.

the one that was hard I pulled the the jog-wheel off, and then place it (Not to the end), but by the time I was playing with it , it would finally end up rubbing against the casing, therefore started to be not smooth again.

to solve this, I stick a little tiny piece of paper on the back of the jog-*wheel (if you pull the jog wheel out, you will know were I placed it), now it doesn't rub against the case, because the little paper won't let it.

so far it's working well for me.
