So I am teaching a class next month, and I need to compile a bunch of low organizational games. You know, things like dodge ball, and what not.
What were your favourite games back in gym class or on the playground? This is for grade 9 students, so it has to be age appropriate. It also has to be something that can be done indoors.
If you could elaborate on how the game is played, that would be wonderful. I just want to find some new and creative games for the kids. |

| Grade 9? I would say basketball. It is too old for like dodgeball/prisonball. Nothing like an accidently bob touch or when the girl backs you up with her rear at grade 9 |

person can only take 3 steps with the ball before shooting or passing it. must dribble when your moving.

Grade 9's ARE NOT too old for dodgeball. They love it!! I want something more original than that though. |

ya dodgeball, on a basketball court, if you hit the rim a person can come back in the game.
or frisbee golf outside, just find objects and make them 'holes'.
or hide n seek!! |

Hmmm, the frisbee golf gave me an idea. :)
I can alter it a little to work with an indoor plan. |

Hmmm, do you have access to a racquetball court?
Wallyball!
It's volleyball in a racquetball court and you can hit off the the wall, such a fun game. It's like volleyball for idiots or bowling with the bumpers in place. But it seriously is a fun game. |

I can hear the cry that millions of fat kids all over the world have uttered at one time or another:
"Man, quit it!" *wavering voice* |
