what if i strap some speakers to a pickup truck and drive around with someone spinning tunes, and we can dance through the streets?.....we could get a hundred of us im sure ....plus the people would join in along the street.....would make the news for sure when it gets shut down.....then next year it would grow ;) |
Let's do it. Like 04 all over again.;) |

| INTRANCE |
| The Gay Pride weekend is pretty much the same thing, i haven't been but my friends go every year and they love it...EDM parties popping up all over the street. A lot of straight people attend this every year just because its a good time. Apparently people drink on the street/parks, smoke joints, and police don't care, and it's just like a big street rave. |

Sounds very good actually.
I-Dance was the closest thing we ever had to a Love Parade it was held at Nathan Phillips Square. They did two of them.
Were just too lame of a city lol to hold a Love Parade. It would have to be debated for years at City Hall and Queen's Park b4 it get the green light, like everything else. |

i'm going to get flamed for this,
but the reason we get all these things is that the francophone population is way more tolerant towards vices and all things party then the rest of the country. |

Get flamed??? I'll tip my hat to you. Without Quebec Canada would be a much more lifeless place. I was born and raised in Toronto and yet still can't relate to the puritian mentality of most of these people lol. |

I totally agree with you....I find that people from Quebec have more of a European lifestyle....freedom to express themselves whereas in TO, there is less tolerance for expression |

nope.... unless you have hip hop dudes and coldplay it will never happen or be allowed.
The only way to throw a good festival around here is to disguise it as a polictically correct cultural event. |
Your reply actually gave me an idea... what if it's not a "politically correct cultural event."? What if it's a POLITICAL EVENT? muahahahah. They can't say no.. and the Love Parade originated as a political event did it not? |
