Then you haven't been sunburnt enough, or properly. I don't get burnt much (thank you genetics) but my mates can get pretty fried out there, and it's never enjoyable for them.
Although you guys can get similar heat to us, I don't think you can get as burnt bad as us. If I spent as much time out in the sun during the summer in Australia as compared to when I was in TO, I reckon I would've gotten burnt, but I got away fine with it for some reason. |

See, I get ROASTED alive each and every summer so many times, that'd I've honestly manly got used to it (on my upper body... not my lower body, legs, top of feet, etc... THAT STILL BLOODY HURTS!)
And I've been badly burnt, 2nd degree sunburns 2x where I've had to go to the hospital. Consecutive summers. :D

It wasn't painless, but not a pain that would make me re-considered about getting in that state. I didn't mind being burnt like that at all.
