Yup. I want to massive-est soundscape/little pling-plong snappity music you can come up with. I just ordered circumaural headphones, due tomorrow, and I want some of this ambient/chillout stuff to try them out. :)
Recommend, my monkeys! :whip: |

Modeselektor - "I Love You"
Not ambient/chillout but has some very nice panning delays which are great on headphones. |

Anything dub.
Specifically:
Bill Laswell (Psychonavigation; Divination)
Sly & Robbie
King Tubby
Children Of The Bong
Dub Trees
Norman Feller's Frameless Structure (still can't believe ol' Norman made this album!)
Banco de Gaia
Groove Corporation
Cottenbelly
Original Rockers
Thievery Corporation (earlier stuff, not so much their jazzy material)
Deltron 3030
The Orb
And, yes, Pink Floyd. Some 70's Yes works in a pinch as well, if you don't mind Jon Anderson's singing. |
