Actually, apon further reflection, I change my TOP choice(s).
I would simply love to sit down and have a conversation with Sean Connery some random morning! :)
He's the ing man.
And I would love to pick Michael Crichton's brain. He's one of my role models - a phenomenal man! :):)

I was hired pre-launch at BPM in a technical position. I had been doing reporting at Rogers (interviewing Faith Evans, Total, 112, and lots of other local and international musicians and celebrities), and I put my video reel on the marketing guy's desk who showed it to the prez, who moved me into production. I ended up as the channel's first spokesperson and hosted three shows: "Caroline" a club-culture show, "The BPM Hot 20 Dance Chart" (the countdown show) and "Back at Ya" (the request show). I hired Cinar (DJ Fuzion) as my intern.
I was laid off and he was hired back in my place at $15000 a year less than what they were paying me. When Cinar got laid off I could really relate to how he felt and helped him get a job at CTV. It's been almost a year since he's passed away, now (Feb. 24?).
How's that for a tale! Shaya and Cuzo and StereoPrincess (and everybody else! love you all! xoxox) still make me feel like a superstar, but I haven't done much on-camera work since. I've been doing more acting stuff, but even that's been on the back-burner lately. |
