so apparently he only got caught because a neighbor called the police based on a "strange smell" coming from the home.
When the cops went inside they couldn't find anything ...they had to send in a police dog & as he began to scratch at a tile in the bedroom...they pulled the tile up & that's when police found the underground lab. The plants were worth $250,000
