I saw one bolt of lightning and heard a far off rumble of thunder in Brantford. Weird weather. But I'll take it over snow any day.

s looking REAL bad up here right now weather wise.
portion of the 400 is closed. a 13 car pile up just outside of barrie before the ramp to teh 400.
complete white out conditions.
icey as roads. collingwoods bad, but barrie is ing HELL on earth rigth now. :(
all local bus around barrie have been cancelled. plows have been pulled off the roads.
GO bus cancelled their services to/from barrie. |

| There is an inch of ice on my car right now, I cant get any of the doors open ! Its also crazy windy and snowy. Yuck. |

Wow... Jem, that's crazy... It's like that, apparently, around Stratford/St Marys today too...
It's not that bad up in Guelph today, I mean, it's minus in cold out here, but it's only snowing. The roads are icy, but it's not getting worse (since I've been out).
Seems like everything is going around us today. I'm taking a train home tomorrow, so I hope conditions lighten up a little bit. |

Car doors were frozen shut this morning... had to pour hot water over the passenger side door and crawl over to the driver side...left my car idling for like 20 min before the door would open....
But I have a Honda, so I guess I could have used a can opener worst case scenerio... |
