i appreciate you bring good upcoming trance djs to pilly but it doesnt help if your dj bails out and you dont post any message about it on yr website
i went to see andy moor yesterday with 4 friends and one14 didnt leave a good impression with them as the dj didnt show and ther was no crowd
i think it would be fair if yr bouncer tells us that he wont be ther before we pay

and i'd give one14 major props for bringing this talent in...some of these headliners haven't even graced NYC's nightlife yet one14 does a superb job in recognizing and booking these acts |

Sorry for the late response on this, but I just saw it and I'm glad you saw that I did make a post about it on Monday. It's not my style to cheat people or lie to them. I've made my living as a dj for the past 17 years before becoming an owner, and believe me, I've worked for many people over the years where they wouldn't make such announcements even though they knew the dj wasn't showing up. That's not the kind of person I am nor the business I run.
I too was disappointed about Andy not coming, but what can we do, just get him back and make up for it the next time. I'm sorry you guys came down from NYC and were disappointed. Next time, if anyone from out of state is coming in, just let me know so I can at least meet you guys and get you a drink. I really appreciate the support; especially those of you that are coming from out of town.
Thanks again and sorry about the cancellation. See you all tonight for Ronski.

Traffic and parking on the way in was a pain, but other than that, it was a great time. Excellent set by Ronski Speed (as well the DJ who opened for him), terrific vibe.
The place (which I think is similar size to how downstairs at Seho used to be) was crowded at times, but never packed like sardines. |
