hmmm...i don't know of any the big time bars in deep ellum or lower greenville that are 18+ for sure on the weekends, a lot of them are 18+ one day during the week. mike's treehouse on lower greenville used to be pretty loose on the id's with ladies, but you may need to know someone. the only good bar i know of that is 18+ on the weekends for sure in the area is R-Bar in Denton. it's mostly UNT students in there, the busiest night is thursday, and it's a little more laidback on the weekends. if you just wanna go to a small place that has a couple of pool tables or something, there are lots of those around everywhere, and most will let 18+ in.
if you want to go to a club, the lizard lounge is always 18+. a couple of decent clubs that used to be 18+ on the weekends have closed down, like DNA in deep ellum. i'm sure there are a few others, but since i turned 21 i don't really keep track anymore. |
