What can you tell me about Dateq XTC Mixer?

how does that mixer cut the bass line?
and what more you can tell about it.

you're comparing a 2 channel mixer with a 3 channel mixer though ;)

The one thing i noticed straight away on the XTC, was the length of the faders.. other then that though i haven't really looked into the mixer that much.

What the hell are you talking about? You can't even compare the two, they're entirely different mixers, for different purposes. The XTC is more expensive, anyway.

Good luck getting one in the US.

humm i mixed in an event with one of those, i don't remember much of it but I know i had no problems with it, I do recall very long faders but with a very sharp curve (I think).I rarely used the kill switches so I wouldn't know, I think I only did one or two switches in my 4h set. The EQs weren't that great from what I recall...
sorry to not being that informative, it's not a popular mixer over here (I was surprised when they told me that would be the mixer for the event) ;)
