I have to agree. 
Now im one who laughs at stupid , but i didnt think it was funny.The guy on the bike could have been seriously hurt, if he ran in to traffic and got hit by a car.
I would hated my self if i saw this happen and i didnt do anything to help prevent it.The guy just stood there and taped the thing. /gay.
I would have ran up there and got him off the street. |

| yea this is messed up. when i see someone really ed up after clubbing, ofcourse you offer to help. The same should apply here. Guy could've been roadkill. |
