Yeah, i dont think i was paying attention to you at that point. We were trying to decide what to drink (after my Jam Donut shots) and Kev was talking to me and i dont think i could manage listening to two people at once, especially since the music was loud downstairs

Thanks to all that were there. Kev & I had a totally awesome time plus we managed to make it though our first lock in as well without either being too tired and going home, or too drunk and going home. Martin Roth was totally ing awesome. Caught the first hour of his set and the last 10 minutes and he is definatly some top . Was totally going off up there. Definatly cant wait till the next one!!

Another great night that couldn't have happened without all you guys, so thanks heaps for coming and for making martin feel so welcome. He had a great time (if you couldn't tell from his antics behind the decks) and played an absolute blinder of a set. Glad you all enjoyed yourselves - plans for Interview V (geez we're up to five already?) are already well underway, and we've got a few more interesting surprises in store for you over the coming few months too.
Thanks heaps to Alex and the gang for helping out with the door, always nice to have people willing to help out. Got bombarded by demo CDs last night (even got a demo tape! anyone got a tape deck I can borrow?) but anyone else keen to have a shot behind the decks is welcome to get a CD to Ben or myself next time they see us.
Al glad you like the sound system! The guys that run Lab @ Loop (minimal night I play at once a month) sorted us out, they work in the PA hire industry and made sure we were well taken care of in the speaker department. :D
Thanks also for the crew that came back to Altitude to watch me bang it out with Ben, DJ Promo and Drew K. Sunday mornings at Altitude FTW! :D

mr roth doesn't leave the controls alone for more than ten seconds at any given time it seems! top quality DJ and proof that, at least for some producers, DJing is a natural ability. :) |

that was a pretty cool night, virginia was cool, playing mercury & solace and space manouvres stage one w00t i died hehe. i also asked her if i could have that vinyl and i got a ' off' to call my own :D mr reynolds did alright too, played some alright tunes, didnt hear all his set though, but i like it when the dj is going off even when they are looking through their record bag hehe. loved the start of soups set, some nice deeper tunes :) i don't actually remember what happened next...i know i saw jules play for a while and was swapping between the main room and downstairs...but yeah it was good hehe.
martin roth was brilliant, played a banging tough trance that wasn't cheesy or too uplifting, please someone come up with a tracklist, especially about 3rd or 4th tune in, i couldn't read what was on the cd but im pretty sure the artist was thomas something. managed to just catch jules slowing down his last record argh noooo :( but then blinky was on, this guy is a gun! makes britney sound good :D and holy crap when he was playing the spiderbait version of black betty :eyespop:
loved ben and matt opening with flutlicht, but i think the other mix of icarus is better, should have followed up with the fall too! then we could have a nice lesson in mythology while we are dancing :D
much respect to ed (i think?) for playing ticon :D managed to survive somehow to the end, not sure if i like gin & tonic too much james...
not quite sure how we survived the walk to altitude either, when andrew stepped on that guy i thought we were gonna get bashed lol. he was wasted lol. LOL. what the was he arguing about at altitude, i cant believe he was talking for like 20 mins. man. im just laughing so much at my keyboard, right now, you soft cocks that went home had to be there :D
so yeah it was a pretty cool night :D
