Space Pass and Presale Tix to Space...

On sale soon...but they definitely have learned something from the past....
Both Space Pass and any Presale tix are only going to be good till 2am guaranteed entry...and they should have express entry for all presale and Space Pass ticketholders....
I know some people are going to bitch about this, but honestly, it is a good move...With the lineups they have this year and everything goin on, the door is going to be crazy after 4am and even before that...cutting off the guaranteed entry a little earlier will INSURE that if you have a ticket, you will get in. Which, was a problem for some people in the past.
So get there early peeps! Their door staff is stellar, so just as long as you get there early (and don't hit up 739024876 clubs before Space) I honestly don't think that anyone will have a problem getting right in with presale or Space Pass...:D |

hate to have to choose between some of those great parties and space :(

This actually seems to be good news. Having a pass last year that guaranteed entry and no wait till 5am seemed to good to be true, especially considering the price. As long as its somewhat organized and someone that works there knows whats going on with the passes then that will be fine, even if that involves some waiting.
I assumed that they will still be good for admission after 2am, but just not guaranteed and no line bypass correct? |

Now anybody that has been to Space after 4am (and even earlier on some nights during WMC) know that the door is a madhouse...
The door staff is excellent and things are very well run, but no matter how well run it is, if you have a thousand people waiting and wanting to get in, it is going to be crazy....Take that and people with a ton of money that think they can buy their way in and try to cut the line, or know one of the door staff from when they went to 2nd Grade together and try to use a favor...things get messy.
It looks like if you buy presale, you have to use it before 2am...Because if you have that madhouse, it is a ton easier for everyone to pay the door rather than presale, space pass, yadda-yadda-yadda....
I know that this is going to chuff some people off...but as I said in the first post...I would rather know that I will walk right in with a presale before 2am than chance it at 4am and wait a couple of hours to get in there...
The nights I am going to Space, I know that I will be there till way into the morning, so I will just hit a couple of places on the beach early and then get to Space early....;) |

| ^^....nor did the Space Pass guarantee entry last year. It said the Space Pass is good even if the event is sold out, so people assumed they could get in even if the club reached their maximum capacity. This is nothing new. |

I just emailed Space to ask them if pre buys would have priority over the Space Pass and they wrote back
"there is no space pass this year"
