monster international job board has listing with jobs in Holland. Problem is, as it was pointed out to me in EU forum, everyone there speaks English. In order to compete you'd have to stand out and also would need to have at least some basic knowledge of Dutch.
I also did extensive read on expat websites and it's not what it's cracked up to be. Sounds like a duller version of Seattle... and if I wanted to live in Seattle, I'd live in Seattle.
