Review: chus et. co. @ upperclub (21 feb)

Super awesome. Nearly catastrophic pickle party turned into hedonistic tests of endurance, funk. Chus et. co. sounded awesome, reminiscent of wild dogs in central africa eating some spoiled meat and finding enlightenment that sort of sounds like trance if it was wearing a loincloth and only communicated with a simple yet elegant language. The last hour was really interesting in that the pretenses of being well-adjusted were dropped in favor of expressing the inner-dancefloor sociopath. Super crowded but did anyone think otherwise? Insane amount of energy for a day that is usually associated with desperate depression and sore ankles from the weekend before. If anyone knows if they actually played an encore, do tell because i lost sleep over it.

yeah very good night last night. C&C really raped the hell out of upperclub. It was packed but not THAT packed, enough room to not be annoyed. Met some ta's yesterday, vermz from the peurf squad haha (sorry bro, i couldnt hear ur name, defness from all the years of LOUS ass music) and anne and her friend, nikki? who i dont know if she's a ta but she's an awesome dancer :). nice meeting u guys. Cant wait til' may when chus & ceballos will play stereo.
im so down with edm during regular club hours.
i just converted 4 hip hop fans into tribal house lovers. |

Vraiment belle soirée! on est pas restée jusqu'a la fin mais on a profité au max du temps qu'on etait la pour danser...Vraiment bel endroit le upperclub..du beau monde! Uneek, the name of my friend is maxime and you'r right, she's a very good dancer :) Nice to meet you by the way! Contente de voir vermz, meo, louis (merci beaucoup pour la guestlist), et enfin te rencontrer Jay! Vraiment le fun de danser avec vous et voir jay serrer la main a tout le monde haha...;)
