my internet is reaaaaly slow..but its not my connection...what is it?

i know its not my connection because my laptop runs fine, my dads runs fine, my brothers...etc.
i know my computer has more viruses than an african hooker, but i'm too lazy to format and i'm wondering if this is like, a common problem with mozilla..or somthing....thoughts? |

3) AVG Anti Virus Personal edition.
