Motley Crue bad boy Tommy Lee made a 2 a.m. appearance downtown at This Is London nightclub , where he Dee Jayed for over 800 fans. (jan 2006)
Surrounded by a small security team, Lee, 43, and got behind the turntables with friend Dee Jay Aero. The crowd was ready for the ride.
Lee showcased acid beats, scratching electronica and electro clash. Security formed a barricade around the Dee Jay booth and blocked people from touching or taking photos of Lee. Lee has been spotted getting down in Spanish holiday hot-spot Ibiza and even appearing at the massive *Ultra dance festival* in Florida following the *Miami Winter Music Conference*
A number of guests showed up to the event, like Sum 41’s Jason (Cone) McCaslin and Dave (Brownsound) Baksh.
The club’s hospitable, supermodel-like hostsgave away baskets full of swag items, including Harley Davidson bandanas and rock star sunglasses.
Lee was noticeably having a good time, laughing and dancing to the high-energy electronica he was playing for the crowd.
Influenced by music acts ranging in everything from Led Zeppelin to James Brown to Nine Inch Nails and Portishead. His transition from heavy metal band drummer to techno wizard wasn’t a big jump for Lee.
Lee’s first and longest lasting musical successes started with Motley Crue, who formed in 1979, best known for their hits like Girls Girls Girls, Smokin’ in the Boys Room and Doctor Feelgood.

| there are many celebrities that spin...none of them are good.(including Tommy Lee)There was a clip of him spinning floating around somewhere, and lets just say you would figure a world class drummer could learn how to beatmatch.The funniest celeb i ever saw behind the decks was Paris Hilton.She commandeered the booth at her club in Orlando and was absolutly hammered.The real dj looked like he was either going to cry or throw up im not sure.My good friend randall and i where yelling at her to flash us, but i guess she didnt hear:whip: |

Tommy Lee spun at Time in June 2004...
I was looking at the Time site trying to find the exact month, and found out that Sasha, Lawler, Tone Depth, etc... have spun there! Crazy... |
