NE corner of Bay/Gerrard

Pita Pure House
717 Bay St.

They have really good Chicken Shawarma and Falafel sandwiches and dinners...I go twice per week for lunch (I work at Bay/College)

prices are low and they have a special each day that's only $2.99 too...mondays are falafel pitas and thursdays are chicken. I challenge anyone to be hungry after two pitas ;)

yum :)

Right on. I'll give it a whirl on friday (casual day, so I won't get my office clothing all dirtied up!)

if anyone works in or aroudn the atrium on bay, in the foodcourt, theres a place called asian gournmet. really good stuff. they have an everyday special consisting of fried rice, chow mein, and mandarin chicken for 4.69+tax. the portion is really nice and fills you up. and i got realy get filled up easily.
Abercrombie
Bistro 990 is my Bay street favourite. Fernando treats everyone like a somebody.

I ate 2 tables away from Jessica Alba last time, and near Sean William Scott another time. Big celeb hangout.

haa, haaar.

I'm working out at six, so I'm thinking sushi.

I'm craving some salmon sashimi.

Is sushi good to eat before a workout? The rice is super carbs, which will give you energy to work out. But watch out for the "sushi coma" :)
