CD vs MP3 question

If you could get a NEW album/cd on ebay for 5 bucks shipped, or download a whole album from a Download Site for 6 bucks, what would you do? Buy the CD and rip, or go with the Download?

Because then you'd have the tracks right away.
However, I'd say go with the hardcopy from eBay - that way you can rip it lossless quality, or really to any encoding rate that you wanted. Plus, youve got the case + all the accompanying stuffs (i like the booklets, personally). So, unless you JUST CAN'T WAIT - be a patient boy and get the real thing :) |
