Hey guys, I'd like to hear your thoughts on this track I'm working on.I'm not done with it, but you can understand what the basic premise of the song is. I'd also like some suggestions if you have any to offer. Thanks in advance.

| I guess I'll do a first comment....definitely work on the bass drum since with breaks, the push and drive comes from that break beat, especially bass drum. Needs to be beefened up....add some compression, maybe some saturation w/ some added drive. Some variation to the break patterns would be nice to change things up....fill-ins with some toms or such??? Also, add maybe some warm pads, strings, or something very lightly in the background to help create some better atmosphere in the empty space. I always love breaks....so....not too shabby.... |
