Hi everyone!
I can buy a Gemini PT 2000. I think this is a great turntable, but it has a little (???) defect. The IC (integrated circuit???) has burned through. Does anyone know anything about this defect? Is it easy (and against reasonable costs) to repair?
Grtz! |

| Don't even waste your money man... Gemini products are complete garbage. I would save a bit more and maybe look into to some of the other brands out there like Stanton and Vestax. There are also many great deals on used Technics around the web. |

| Yeah Gemini makes pretty ty products. I've heard that plenty of times. Numark makes slightly better stuff, but definitely check out Stanton if you can't afford a Technics, or want something new versus used. Stanton's TTs have practically the same build as Technics, except they aren't quite as stable or high end as Technics, but good for beginners. If I want to add some TTs again to my set up i'de probably get some inexpensive Stanton's, because I would most likely play more CDs, like I do now, but I do have like 150 records that are just sitting in there cases, haven't played them in quite some time... |

Mmm, I thought the PT-2000 is one of the best turntables for beginners...
But does anyone know the problem? |
