Hey can someone who has used both the Pioneer CDJ200S and original 100S tell me if its worth getting the more expensive model for an extra 100 bucks? The updated 200's obviously have an updated look and some features, but is it worth the money, are the 100S so out of date that you might as well go with the new brother tables.
Question for someone whow owns the 200's, why is the paint chipped in the back where the silver screws hold it together, is that grease, o-rings or just chipped paint from drilled holes?

My setup's featured in that thread.
And my bolts are covered up just fine. No chipped paint to my knowledge. |

Well those screws show, but hell, you see screws on a lot of electronic equipment. What I thought you were referring to was the area around the headphone jack on the cdj as featured in the pic. It looks kind of ugly there, but mine are covered up with black paint. |

| Yea but check it out, look at the headphones jack on urs, and then look uptop, its not even the same shap, urs is a circle, and the others one is some haxagaonal bolt thing. Thats what im saying, and Im not talking about screws showing, I couldnt care about that, Im talking about the black area surrounding the screws, its missing paint.... |

I think his does have the hexagon you just cannot see it.
Who cares about the paint around the screws. It doesnt look any worse/better.
The cdj200 is definitly worth it.
If your not going to realy mix then yea go with the 100s but only .1 pitch... that realy sucks... |
