This is propobly the worst vocals I've heard in a while, or ever. It just doesnt fit, and I dont reccomend Elsa Hill ever doing vocals again. Cant believe people actually go crazy about this . |
 Well, I was pretty angry with your post at first, but coming to think of it, I'm also waiting with much impatience for that Dub Mix...:thepirate
Vocals definitely does not suit the melody of that deep uplifting Track. I prefer Justine Suissa's voice from far! :toocool: |

I really hate dissing tracks, If its not really my taste, I wont bother making a comment. But, the vocals are just terrible, they dont fit the song at all. the dub. There needs to be an instrumental mix by another producer, to turn this into a good song, but I doubt it will happend. |

The dreams I had last night make me think
I can't wait to meet you, where ever you might be
Different likes of people surround me
And in my mind I start talking, talking
Because I'm watching, watching you walking
On a great night of living
Life exists without boundries, close your eyes
In the light of dawn
Just move, the rest will take care of you
Close your eyes
The rest will take care of you, close your eyes (Close your eyes.......)
Life exists without boundries, close your eyes
In the light of dawn
Just move, the rest will take care of you
Close your eyes
Here I go again on my way
Remembering your voice in my mind
Then I race forward, letting go of my thoughts
Because it hurts to leave right here, right now
I've found my calling, from this moment of existing
I'm watching it all evolve (Close your eyes....)
Life exists without boundries, close your eyes
In the light of dawn
Just move, the rest will take care of you
Close your eyes
:D |

Elsa's vocals aren't bad, she has a decent voice but it's just not suitable for this song. I also think the lyrics are empty and filled with clichés.
As for the tune itself, it sounds to me like it's quite simple, and I think I'm actually disappointed in Nickson's production this time around. Compare elements to a track like Robert Nickson - Spiral, and you'll see that he's taken quite the step down. I'm not saying it's a terrible track, but that the hype generated for this track is far too great. I never understood why Armin hammered it so many times and why so many people keep asking for it more and more. It's really not that great of a track and introduces nothing new to the music.
As always, just my opinion, not saying everyone has to agree :) |

| As with seemingly everything else Robert Nickson produces, this is a quality track. Really love the bass & synth groove and while I'm no fan of the vocal, the dub mix is perfectly playable. Nickson seems to have been fairly quiet for a while so hopefully this is the start of plenty more from him. :) |

| Not a big fan of this record. Ocean Rain (Nickson Remix) was sooooo much better chooon. |
