You need a hoover...which is based on a preset called 'what the?' on a roland alpha juno 1/2 synth

Hi!

Different routes to better sound:

1.Maybe buy some nice sample cd:s refills and continue using Reason
(Vengeance titles for example). Perhaps also try to improve mastering and synth programming skills.

2. Buy Cubase SE/SL, Sonar or Fruity loops and head for vst/vsti:s
(NI Reaktor, NI Battery, NI Pro-53, Korg legacy.., Novation V-station or even freeware ones perhaps)

Fast computer might come handy here since vst:s drain lots of cpu power.

3. Buy Cubase SX and aim directly for hardware synts like Access Virus, Clavia Nord lead 3, Roland JP80x0, Novation K-station. Throw in some hardware fx units and/or really good vst:s like waves fx and ur good to go...

Lots of cash might come in handy for this option.

Good luck

Agreed. Synth Programming.

Those modest Reason synths can make evil sounds. Try messing with the Subtractor more. I've abandoned Reason pretty much. But lately I've been dinking around in it again. It can still make some crunchy sounds.

But make sure you have high quality samples to work with.

To get the tekinal lead sounds you need vaz. Also Pro 53 for the pads quite a bit. I know a close freind of tekinals and I've seen a few of his flp's
