it was all because of sunday at the coffee joint. this girls sat next to me and starts talking, and i was done with my work. since we were talking i just kept drinking for no good reason.
in . i was dragging so hard this morning i couldn't function. it may take saturday and sunday to kill it.
and yeah, it takes a few days for your body to get pissed off at you for walking away from caffeine.
i can drink 1 cup/day for quite a while and go weeks without it, but once i get over one cup, my body makes me pay for it. |

| i never drank coffee until this year now i'm hooked 1 cup a day but like you i take a random day off. try downing tea. it gives you a boost but has substantially less caffaine. |

i have a hard time waking up because i sleep so deep. you should see how many alarms i have. i'm working in morning workouts soon, so hopefully that will help, as long as i'm in bed by 10-1030.
and i don't really do any drugs anymore, mabye a vic every 6 weeks, a j every 2 months, and booze/coffee in strict moderation round it out.
i'm not the type to get dependent on something, so this damn coffee is pissing me off :thepirate |

I love coffee. I freak if I don't have a cup every day. My boyfriend always makes fun of me because I'll go into the difference of taste of coffees from different countries. :p
