It's been awhile, but I'm getting back into the program here...

I like how the bass sounds close to a standard upright. The breakbeat flows with a minimal seem into the trance beat.

Lots of pie-an-o goodness here. This is very well done, but to me. It's different: the rythm changes periodically. It's almost like a jazzy-soul romp of Juno Reactor; it's tight. The drum mixing is spot on.

thanks for the feedback :) anything on technical aspects guys? how do you feel about the layering/arrangements...
richg101
nice and clean. i like the kick bass and everything you have done with the samples. especially the vocal. really nice. reminicnt of 'dark train/dark and long' by underworld..

dreamy and deep. how i like it.

break is truly beautiful. emotional, deep and dark.

one of the best i have heared so far. and the most original imo.

well done

rich:)

ps. maybe you could check my rmx out aswell? its probably a few pages down by now...

I really like this.

What does it for me is your choice of sounds especially in the string department (sounds like Eve) and it’s uncluttered , you’ve let each element have it’s own little space and paid attention to the detail, rather than just cramming stuff in and going for a big trance orchestration.

Keep it up;)
Takkra
great percs arent they ;)!
I think you shouldve waited longer with introducing all the elements you were given to remix.. but I guess you cant change that now.. hmm maybe you just shouldnt;)
nice subtle bassline.. I dont know what to think about the break.. its good that youve found the notes for the pads so they fit.. I always have a hard time with that.. filters sound nice :)
ahh just felt that kick coming.. nice!

great when you "layback" the melody in :p IfYouKnowWhatIMean
dont really like the way you used the vocal.. but thats just my opinion..
very clean production.. how do you ppl do that.. I keep wondering.

the kick comes in a little too strong imo(i have ty speakers though.)
other than that this is kick ass! Kind of andy moorish. I wish mine was this good heh.

Maybe after the break spice it up a bit...It breaks and then i feel like there could have been a little more ooomph.

9.5/10
